I screwed up last week
I had a major f*ck up last week.
I forgot my son’s birthday.
Ooof.
I was at a coaching conference and lost track of the day.
When I realized it, I felt sooooo guilty.
I desperately tried to get him on the phone.
But even after apologizing, I couldn’t shake feeling like a bad parent.
Have you ever felt that way?
When you want to crawl into a hole of shame.
It sucks.
To pull myself out of spiraling, I used a strategy I teach my clients.
It’s the NVN method: notice, validate, nurture.
And you know what?
I stopped feeling guilty!
How would that feel to stop beating yourself up and move on with your day?
For me, it’s everything.
It enables me to get stuff done and enjoy my life.
Would you like to hear about this tool and other strategies that I teach?
If so, book a consultation and let’s talk.
Jennifer said, “It felt like I was bathed in understanding and relief.”
Michelle said, “For the first time in a long time I felt like I wasn’t a failure as a parent.”
And Mike said, “I’m hopeful that there are solutions to fix my relationship with my daughter.”
I love helping parents just like you.
I’ll show you the way to peace and connection.
Because if it’s possible for me, it’s possible for you too.
